UBER and Goldman Sachs

George Lee, Head of Technology for Goldman Sachs, reported last year in Business Insider.

"2013 will be "meaningfully better" than last year was for initial public offerings, said George Lee, head of technology banking for Goldman Sachs.

His forecast came true. Uber did well. Both London and Manchester have given UBER  PH operators in their respective Cities. The applications were passed with little hindrance.

The London Licence is to be challenged in the High Court, I believe.

By complete coincidence in 2013 the time of Goldman Sachs brave prediction, we had a new Transport Minister, Baroness Kramer.

Susan Kramer 's late husband John, used to work for Goldman Sachs.

Another coincidence is that one month after the Carlyle Group purchase of Addisson Lee the Carlyle group received finance from American giant Citibank.

The Carlyle group have many Partners, one of them by Coincidence is Goldman Sachs.

The investors in Carlyle's various funds include US investment banks Goldman Sachs

By Coincidence, Baroness Kramer used to be Vice President of Citibank Chicago.

Coincidences are just random events which occur at around the same time.

I would not read to much into it.
