The Taxi of Tomorrow, gets another recall Today.

If you’ve been to New York City within the last few months, you may have noticed some awkwardly boxy taxis driving around, far different from the sea of Crown Victorias that serves as the status quo. For the time being, you may want to let those cabs fly right by and wait for an older one, because Nissan’s announced a recall that could put the safety aspect of its cabs in peril.

Including models in Canada, Nissan is recalling over one million cars across several different marques and models. 

Approximately 989,000 are located in the United States, and about 60,000 of them are up in the Great White North.
