Last November Our Colleagues in London have discovered a new scam.

They have started parking up with Fog Lights on to show UBER Customers they are available for immediate hire.

It now appears this scam MAY have now surfaced here in Manchester.

The vehicle below is licensed in Rochdale, however it has been snapped today hours apart in Manchester City Centre with the fog lights on, even though it was a 2 hour period around Noon.
