Government Question on the Law Commisions proposals for Taxi and Private Hire Legistlation

This week in Parliament Andrew Jones Transport Minister was asked when the Government intend to respond to the Law Comm report issued in May this year.

Ive heard it all before, I thought.

A quick look through my files revealed that I had heard it word for word, in July this year.

 

So while this Twerp of a Minister trots out the same lines repeatedly. Licensing Authorities are paralysed. Wonder how to proceed against all the changes, due to technology and Shysters from around the world coming here and "driving a Coach and Horses" (pardon the Pun) through centuries of established Law.

The same Licensing Authorities are berated on a daily basis by Trade members desperate for action, as they see a trade, many of which they have served for decades, disappear beneath their feet.

A quick word for the Minister and his partners in Government " Get a grip you dozy T**ts. ! ! !"
