Tuesday the 10, sees the Deregulation Bill sent back to the Commons for the consideration of the Lords amendments.
This stage is called 'Ping Pong' and if the bill passes unchallenged, the Deregulation Bill may be Law by Wednesday Morning.
This will be the end of the trade in Metropolitan area's such as
Gtr Manchester
West Yorkshire
West Midlands
Merseyside.
PH vehicles will flock from miles around to work these area's and the '£1 a mile' tariff will soon return to our streets.
This will not be a problem for huge number of drivers on 'Tax Credits' and other benefits, but the ordinary Cabbie who has never claimed any type of Benefit in his life will go to the wall.
