NOTTINGHAM

Nottingham are holding a LEVC Taxi clinic today.

A 'clinic' must mean the Company must be in a poor state.

The poor state is reflected in thier own 'Boasts'

13 November 2018, London

The rate of cab drivers switching to electric vehicles surged forward in October, with LEVC registering 172 electric taxis UK wide in what is traditionally a quieter month for the business.

LEVC’s London dealerships saw over 160 vehicles handed over to cabbies.

There you have it the sold 172 vehicles in October, however they admit 160 of those went into London. That means they only sold 12 into the rest of the Country.

If anyone turns up in Nottingham today they may sell one or two, but I doubt it.

LEVC have advertised on twitter, hardly anybody bothered to retweet it, so I assume very few people know about the event.

An interesting thing from Nottingham, is that they (Presumably Notts Council) are offerering a pay by Mileage scheme to rent the Cab off the Council.

Many older Cabbies like me will remember that up until the late 1980's some Manchester Cabs were hired out on mileage.
