LTU are an investigative Org based in Ribble Valley area, I wont say where, because the are doing such a good job, I am expecting Albanian Hitmen to be looking for them.
Chris has written an excellent article in this months PHTM Mag, well worth a read. It must be, because the UK's supreme Daily Paper the 'Times' has reproduced part today.
