The Queens speech will announce the new Laws to be formulated in this session.

Luton Airport 

The Luton Airport tender for PH Services has gone to Addison Lee. Luton Council appear to have been supportive of this bid.

I presume Addy Lee have obtained a Luton PH Operators License. It is however difficult to say as Luton , do not I believe, have an online Public register.
