First High Court Case for Cross Border Hiring by Cloud base is dismissed.

The subsequent appeal against that dismissal is also lost.

Quote from the Judge :

" I have more than reasonable doubts that the cloud system breaches any laws. There was no evidence in my judgment that the transfer did not lawfully happen and sufficient evidence that it did. I was particularly reassured by the format of [the Full Report] which if not available at the time these offences were investigated in my judgment now clearly showed that the cloud based system complied with the law."
