BBC Inside Out.

The BBC filmed in Manchester on Saturday Night.

It was some 20 years since they last filmed the 'Bogus' Private hire trade here, that was after the Brutal Murder of Rachel Thacker, picked up by a Bogus PHV in Manchester Gay Village.

2016 was the 20 anniversary of that program, that is why the BBC have revisited.

The BBC wished to know if the Situation here in Manchester has improved.

We regretfully had to advice them that it gets worse every year and that it appears Sex attacks are more endemic in area's which have little or no enforcement.

The BBC's own F.O.I. request dated December 2016 proves that in no doubt.
