TFL v UBER
Just received a comment from someone in the Court Today.
TfL were dreadful, they defended the position that the phone is not a meter better than Uber did.
I thought they were going to remain neutral but they clearly sided with Uber.

TFL were always defending Uber's working model in the High Court. They just presented themselves to the media as though they were neutral.
ReplyDeleteQuite staggering really that TfL would spend taxpayers money defending a multi billion dollar corporation against their own regulated trade.
