A further amendment will be voted on Tomorrow. this,if carried will still make it an offence for Taxi/PH and all self employed drivers to disregard a risk assessment of any actions you do, which concern the safety of others. i.e. Wheelchair bound disabled.
The Deregulation Bill goes back to the House of Commons next week the 10 March, for consideration of the Lords Amendments.
It can become Law at Midnight that day.
