The situation with Manchester's illegal illuminated signs on P.H. vehicles rumbles on.
It is 8 days since it was reported and apart from a single acknowledgement, Nothing.
The owner of UBER Travis Kalanick calls this;
“[I]f you have a policy of non-enforcement that goes 30 days, we call this ‘regulatory ambiguity,’ then we’re coming in too because we want to participate in this kind of innovation.”
